🫘 It’s a worthy unboxing that goes on when I get  these beans from Rancho Gordo. Look at these splendors of the vine! Your average bulk kidney just withers in shame in comparison! 

Sadly they all sort turn a basic shade of beige in the Instant Pot so if you’re playing the long game, don’t bother. But while they exist on my shelves, I feel like a cottagecore influencer, hashtag fo shizzy.
